Trains run direct from Bedford, Peterborough, Cambridge, Leeds, Kings Lynn, Glasgow, Newcastle, Aberdeen and Edinburgh to Kings Cross.
From Kings Cross Thameslink, trains fun direct to St Albans, Luton, Brighton, Gatwick Airport as well as operating local stopping services to Sutton.
Exit Kings Cross station via the main entrance (front entrance by WH Smith). If travelling by tube, exit via the main entrance next to the ticket hall and beside the lift.
With the station in front of you, turn to your right. You will see a crossing with McDonalds on one side, and a coffee shop called Café Sorriso next to it. You need to take the road that leads north down the side of King’s Cross station called York Way.
The third turning on the right hand side is Wharfdale Road. It is at the first set of traffic lights that you come to.
Approximately half way down this road, on the right hand side, on the corner of Balfe Street you will find Central Station. There are three entrances - before 10.30pm there is an entrance on Wharfdale Road on the corner of Central Station and another under the Central Station sign on Balfe Street. After 10.30pm The Underground Club entrance also provides access to Central Station.
